This page describes the ACTUAL processing performed by the site's code, not a generic policy — see the core/jobs source code to verify.

Your files

Most tools (merging/splitting/organizing/rotating a PDF, compressing/resizing/converting an image, removing EXIF data...) process your file entirely in your browser: nothing is ever sent to our servers for these operations.

For operations that require a server (PDF-to-Word conversion, OCR, AI background removal, passport photo...), your file is uploaded, processed, then automatically deleted after 30 minutes (10 minutes for passport photos and school report cards, more sensitive data). Your file's original name is never kept: a new name is generated server-side. The content of your files is never logged, never reused, never manually reviewed.

A "Delete now" button lets you trigger this deletion even before the 30-minute delay expires.

What we keep

For the same duration as your file, we keep a few technical metadata: the tool used, the processing status (pending / running / done / failed), and a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address (salted hash, never the plain address) — only to limit abuse (number of requests per hour). This fingerprint cannot be used to recover your IP address.

No account, no profile

No account is needed to use Warizma. Some tools (invoice generator, resume generator) save your drafts only in your browser (local storage), never on our servers — clearing this site's data in your browser erases them permanently.

Advertising

This site may display ads (Google AdSense) to stay free. No advertising script loads until you have given your consent via the consent banner — refusing is as simple as accepting, and does not prevent you from using the site. Once accepted, Google may set cookies in accordance with its own policy.

Audience measurement

If enabled, this site's audience measurement is handled by a self-hosted, privacy-respecting tool (Plausible or Umami): no tracking cookie, no individual profile rebuilt, only global and anonymous statistics.
